Terms of Service
Last updated October 10, 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Alpha Sale Pro EPC1, a Wyoming company (“Dr. Pep”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of the Dr. Pep web app and website. By checking the box and creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use Dr. Pep.
Please read the sections on medical information, risk, liability and arbitration carefully. They limit your rights.
2. This is an early beta
- Dr. Pep is an early beta for invited friends and family. It is unfinished.
- Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Answers may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date.
- We may pause or end the beta, or your access to it, at any time.
- The beta is provided “as is” and “as available”.
3. Dr. Pep is not medical advice
- Dr. Pep is an AI, not a doctor. It explains what published research says, with sources. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
- Nothing in Dr. Pep is medical advice. Using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship with anyone.
- Dr. Pep does not set or recommend a personal dose. The syringe-units calculator only converts the numbers you enter. Check every calculation yourself and with your clinician.
- AI can be wrong, and research changes. Check the linked sources. Always talk to your doctor, prescriber or pharmacist before making decisions about your health.
- If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988. Don’t wait for an answer from Dr. Pep.
4. Who can use Dr. Pep
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must be in the United States. Dr. Pep is not currently offered to residents of Washington State.
- You need an invite to join the beta. Your invite and account are for you only. Don’t share them.
- Keep access to your email secure. Anyone who can read it can sign in as you.
5. Your decisions are your responsibility
- You are responsible for every decision you make about your health, including whether to use any peptide or medication, how much, and how.
- Dr. Pep does not sell peptides. Information about products that are not FDA-approved reflects research findings only. It is not a recommendation to use them.
- You are responsible for following all laws that apply to you, including laws about buying, owning or using any product.
- You are responsible for what you enter into Dr. Pep, and for checking that your logs, labs and schedules are accurate.
6. Assumption of risk
Peptides and medications can cause serious side effects, including injury or death. Products that are not FDA-approved may be contaminated, mislabelled or the wrong strength. If you choose to use any of them, you do so at your own risk. You understand that Dr. Pep cannot know your full health picture and cannot check what is actually in any product.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t:
- Use Dr. Pep to harm yourself or anyone else.
- Enter other people’s health information or personal details. Avoid entering your full name.
- Use Dr. Pep for anyone under 18.
- Try to break, overload, probe or get around the security, limits or safety rules of the service.
- Scrape, copy or bulk-download the service, or use it to build a competing product or train another AI model.
- Use bots or automated tools to send questions.
- Break the law, or use Dr. Pep to help sell, buy or distribute products illegally.
- Upload anything that is illegal, harmful, or that you don’t have the right to share.
Dr. Pep is free. Daily and fair-use limits on questions apply, and we may change them. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. Your data and how we use it
Our Privacy Policy explains this in full. In short:
- We collect your email, your first name if you give it, your questions and Dr. Pep’s answers, your logs (doses, symptoms, feelings, weight, injection sites, notes), lab results you paste or upload, your My stack items, your ratings, beta feedback and screenshots, how you use the app, your consent records, and basic device and browser information.
- We use it to run Dr. Pep; to improve, analyze and study Dr. Pep, including training and evaluating our AI models and building aggregate insights; for safety and to prevent abuse; and to contact you about your account.
- Others who process it for us: our hosting provider (Contabo), Resend (email delivery), and OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to, such as Anthropic. Your questions and the context needed are sent to them to write answers.
- We don’t sell your data or use it to target ads today. If that changes, we’ll ask you first.
- Your health information is covered by a separate consent you give when you sign up.
You keep ownership of what you enter. You give us a license to store, copy, process and use it as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, including in de-identified form after you delete your account. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely without owing you anything.
9. Deleting your account
- You can stop using Dr. Pep at any time. To delete your account, go to Settings, then “Delete my account and data”, or email us.
- We keep your data while your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete the information that identifies you, and keep de-identified data (with no link back to you) to improve Dr. Pep.
- Sections 5, 6 and 8 (license only) and 10 through 15 continue after your account is closed.
10. Our content
Dr. Pep, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes while you follow these Terms. Studies and sources we link to belong to their owners.
The public version of Dr. Pep may later show content clearly labelled “Sponsored”. Beta testers see no ads.
11. No warranty
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dr. Pep is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be accurate, complete, safe, reliable, up to date, error-free, secure or always available, or that it is fit for any purpose. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, illness, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of Dr. Pep or any decision you make based on it.
Our total liability for any claim about Dr. Pep is limited to [GRELLAS: liability cap, e.g. US $100].
Some states don’t allow some of these limits. Where that is the case, they apply only as far as the law allows.
13. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used Dr. Pep, what you entered into it, or because you broke these Terms or the law, you agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.
14. Disputes: arbitration and class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved and means you give up the right to a jury trial and to join a class action.
- Talk to us first. Before filing a claim, email us and give us [GRELLAS: informal resolution period, e.g. 60 days] to try to resolve it.
- Arbitration. If we can’t resolve it, you and we agree to resolve any dispute through final, binding individual arbitration administered by [GRELLAS: arbitration provider and rules], held in [GRELLAS: arbitration location] or remotely. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
- No class actions. You and we may bring claims only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action.
- Opting out. [GRELLAS: arbitration opt-out right and process, if any].
- [GRELLAS: fees, mass-arbitration and severability terms].
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GRELLAS: governing-law state], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any claim not subject to arbitration will be brought only in the courts located in [GRELLAS: venue / courts].
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top and ask you to agree again in the app before you keep using Dr. Pep. If you don’t agree, you can stop using it and delete your account.
17. Other terms
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Dr. Pep.
- If part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don’t enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
- You can’t transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example if our business is sold or reorganized.
