Privacy Policy
Last updated October 10, 2026
The short version
- We save your questions, answers, logs, labs, feedback and app activity, and use them to run and improve Dr. Pep, including training and evaluating our AI models.
- We don’t sell your data or use it to target ads today. If that changes, we’ll ask you first.
- You can delete your account any time in Settings. We then delete the information that identifies you and keep only de-identified data.
- Dr. Pep is an AI, not a doctor, and is for adults 18 and over in the United States.
This policy is from Alpha Sale Pro EPC1, a Wyoming company (“Dr. Pep”, “we”, “us”).
What we collect
- Account: your email (used only to sign you in and for messages about your account) and your first name, if you give it.
- Questions and answers: what you ask Dr. Pep and the answers it gives.
- Your logs: doses, symptoms, how you feel, weight, injection sites and notes.
- Lab results: text you paste, PDFs you upload, and the values we pull out of them.
- My stack: the items and schedule you add.
- Ratings: your thumbs up or down on answers.
- Beta feedback: what you write, and screenshots if you choose to attach them.
- Usage: pages you visit, actions you take, and when.
- Consent records: when you agreed, your IP address, and which version of the Terms you agreed to.
- Server logs: basic device and browser information.
Please don’t enter your full name or other people’s details in questions, notes or feedback.
Your health information
Much of what you enter is consumer health data: your logs, lab results, My stack, and health questions. Laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act require separate, clear consent for this kind of data. That is why sign-up has a second checkbox, separate from the Terms, where you consent to Dr. Pep collecting and using your health information as described here.
- Why we collect it: to give you the app’s features (answers, logs, trends, schedules, lab reading), for safety, and to improve, analyze and study Dr. Pep, including training and evaluating our AI models and building aggregate insights.
- Who receives it: the processors listed below, and no one else except as required by law.
- Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw at any time by deleting your account (Settings, then “Delete my account and data”) or by emailing us. Dr. Pep can’t work without this data, so withdrawing means closing your account.
How we use it
- To run Dr. Pep: answer your questions, show your logs, trends and schedule, and read your labs.
- To improve, analyze and study Dr. Pep, including training and evaluating our AI models and building aggregate insights.
- For safety, such as spotting warning signs and showing emergency information.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
- To contact you about your account: sign-in codes, and reminders you turn on.
Who sees it
We do. We also use these service providers (processors) to run Dr. Pep:
- Contabo, our server provider, which hosts the app and its data.
- Resend, which delivers our emails.
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to, such as Anthropic. Your questions and the context needed to answer them are sent to them to generate answers.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, such as in response to a valid legal request.
We don’t sell your data or use it to target ads today. If that changes, we’ll ask you first.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete the information that identifies you, and keep de-identified data (with no link back to you) to improve Dr. Pep.
- Identifying information is removed from the app right away, and from our backups within 14 days. We keep daily backups for 14 days.
- “De-identified” means we remove your email, name, account id, sign-in records, IP addresses, screenshots, and free text that could identify you, and replace your account with a random id.
Deleting your data
Go to Settings, then “Delete my account and data”. Or email us at aidanpierce@meridian.tips and we’ll do it for you.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee it.
Children
Dr. Pep is not allowed for anyone under 18. If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we delete it.
Where we offer Dr. Pep
Dr. Pep is offered in the United States to adults 18 and over. It is not currently offered to residents of Washington State.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and ask you to agree again in the app.
